i wasted one hundred and sixty pesos, and one weeks worth of excitement
SO. HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE.
i try, to not be a complete Bad!fangirl and be so closeminded to the movie that i end up ruining it for those with me.
But if was fail, utter fail. everyone agreed. they cut the story in half, squeezed out the action, and called it a script. it was vague, and though they captured the right Atmosphere. what was the use of that if all you could see was parts of what was happening? the best part, i suppose was the locket retrieval scene.
it was kind of like...half-hearted, i suppose. they were, after all trying to squeeze in a lot in only two+ hours.
lavender was sickeningly hilarious.
WHY WAS THERE NO BILL. AND NO FLEUR. there was no epic line -i don't need a handsome husband. i'm beautiful enough for the two of us!- there was a random running in the field scene i DID NOT UNDERSTAND.
there were these random flirt extras that had no importance to the plot whatsoever.
alan rickman was disappointing in the end. i hope he gets his act together in the last book , since he is my favorite character there, D:
teenage!voldie looked really.... lame. ghei, actually. D:
however, it was funny. between my friends and i, there were so many references we were able to make between harry potter and our RL. although they probably wouldn't be funny to those who couldn't relate to the joke.
