For a Mistress of All Evil, Maleficent's kind of focused on one area, lol...
i really like the "Once Upon a Dream song" though. it's a great waltz. so is Cinderella's "So this is Love".
Sigh. i want more ballroom dancing lessons, specifically in waltz, tango, and salsa - the first two i'm a little familiar with already, but i don't know how to follow a partner. swing is my favorite - it's so much fun. and i like chachacha and boogie. i also know from high school foxtrot and jive.
it was mostly from the debutante ball i went to where there was dancing. opportunities like this came rarely - dancing with someone who actually knew how to dance.
there was some really funky line dancing - the kind where everyone follows a leader, like in those retro films.
i really like ballroom dancing more than the current dancing styles right now. i feel graceful, and confident, and i don't have to think about what i'm doing.
there's this article wherein this guy really rants about colleges teaching ballroom dance during physical education. he says the boys are better off learning to break dance. O_o i'm like, wtf.
i dont' know how boys think, but to me, someday those boys are going to be men, and someday they're going to need those skills. breakdancing is only cool until a certain age.
men should know how to dance. ^________^♥ i'm an old soul that way.
