Students Start Your Pencils!
I'm now back at school for the Winter Quarter. I've had two days of class so far and good lord I can already tell this one is going to be a ass kicker. Anyway my classes:
ARTH 207 20th Century Art - MW- 11:00 AM
CMPA 110 Advanced Survey of Computer Art Applications- MW - 5:00 PM
ANIM 180- Action Analysis I- TTh - 2:00 PM
I went to my Action Analysis I class and the work load sound tremendous. But my professor was a Disney Effects animator. He worked on The Lion King, The Hunchback of Notre Dome, Mulan and Brother Bear (and another one I can’t remember). He like many of the animators, lost his job when Disney went 3-D.
I am humbled to be in his class, but also scared because it going to be a lot of work. I have to have at least two sketchbooks completely filled with drawings at the end of the quarter and it's 30% of my grade. So yeah it's going to eat my soul. T_T But hey at least I'm finally getting to to stuff I want to do.
