Notes: So. I discovered
Satan spawn yesterday. My exact reaction was pretty much: "........................oh, shit, I'm never going to escape now. ;__; This is what hell looks like."
(I did have a second of, "What the hell? How could there possibly be H!S!J fanart already!? To the great relief of my sanity, the catagory appears mostly empty. *whew*)
........a;dfslkja;sldalksjdf T&T fanart exists, holy shit, you guys. It's not great, but it's not bad, either. Just. T&T fanart. I'm not sure why I'm surprised, just-- *flaps hands* I didn't think I would ever find it!

- The Authority -
Safe Sex by ladysisyphus - Oh, man, I haven't read Authority fic in probably years now (partially because that first thrush of love has faded and partially because the fandom vaguely scares me) but when I saw ladysisyphus had written for it, I had to wander over and read. Even if it was about Midnighter having AIDS. Except she totally makes it brilliant and I absolutely believe this is how it happened and how it was dealt with and now I'm still laughing because... it wasn't parodyfic, it was just really amusing and kinda hot! (Apollo/Midnighter, not quite an R rating.)
- Bleach -
Dreams and Green Hairpins; She Cries by beautifulburn - This is an AU fic that... well, maybe it's not an AU fic, that's sort of the delightful beauty of the piece. There's a dreamy sort of quality to the writing, like everything is seen through a hazy lens, and it makes the idea work--the author didn't try too hard to sell it, didn't go over the top too much, so it was an almost quiet piece, where dreams are hard to hold onto, no matter how many times he's had this dream. The way it could be an AU, the way it could be something else, I'm really charmed by that, and it's a lovely piece. (Ichigo/Orihime.)
- Katekyou Hitman Reborn! -
Hi-tch Hi-ker's Guide by kasugai_gummie - Oh, my god, this is my new favorite fic in the fandom, totally. It's hard to explain why, other than that it's a crack concept pulled off brilliantly, so that it was actually funny instead of being flat or too over the top, I was totally just about crying with laughter at the mental image by the end. Just. Every little implication of this fic is beautiful, every little moment with both Hibird and Fukurou (Mukuro's owl) is perfect and a;sdlfkjalskjdljkas there is an accompanying sketch that is also the most brilliant thing I have seen all day. I just. I dissolved laughter, okay? And every time I think about the image at the end again. ♥ (....um. Mukuowl+Hibird counts as a pairing, I think?)
- Katekyou Hitman Reborn! -
Through the Clouds by Lishy - Dino/Hibari is not a pairing that I would have associated with fluff, but I like this fic and I think what really makes it work is... the thoughts that float through Hibari's head aren't ones that he shows visibly, when you look at the content of these scenes, Hibari is his usual uncommunicative (well, mostly XD) self, he still doesn't show things on the outside, so even if he's thinking something else, the author makes it work here. The use of the elements/symbols, both the clouds and the sun, are effective here without being overdone, and it's just... it's the Dino/Hibari version of sweet. ♥ (Dino/Hibari.)
- Katekyou Hitman Reborn! -
Whip Play by Enkidu - Dino/Hibari is a pairing that really lends itself to something harsher, something not nice at all, and this is the kind of fic that really makes me... I mean, Hibari's kind of asexual in the manga itself, so there's a bit of a challenge to pair him up with someone (not that I'm not willing to go the extra mile to help an author out, mind) but this fic... Dino is Dino and Hibari is intensely Hibari, hating to be given anything less than Dino's full power, knowing damn well that Dino's holding back, unable to stop until he physically can't get up anymore, all quiet burning anger, while Dino is trying to make him stronger. The use of Dino's whip in this fic is... it's just that side of kink, which is kind of perfect, it's not too much, but it's a really good use for it. Mmm, this was very, very nice. (Dino/Hibari, somewhere around an R rating.)
- Katekyou Hitman Reborn! -
Small Talk by kasugai_gummie - This fic is only just barely over 200 words, which always makes me a little wary when I'm looking for something a little longer/more satisfying, but I figured at least it wouldn't take long to read. This fic really didn't need to be any longer (nor did it feel that short at all), it's a perfect little moment in time, humorous and the characters are so very much themselves and then the ending packing one hell of a punch, so much like the Reborn! series itself. I love the use of coffee in this fic and the picture the author sets as Dino and Hibari simply talk. (Dino/Hibari implied?)
- Princess Tutu -
What Better Than Call a Dance? by Sophia Prester - This is a lovely piece by Sophia, set post-series and her use of language, the imagery she weaves, the use of dance throughout the short fic is both lovely and fitting with the series, I could see every little piece of it clearly in my mind. It's also an intriguing scene/take on the character, it's certainly something I could see fitting together with the series so very well. ♥ (No warnings/pairings.)
- Trigun -
Ecclesiastes by ladysisyphus - [Note: There will be some manga spoilers in this fic.] It's also been forever since I read any Trigun fic, but since I was enjoying the author's work so much, I figured what the hell. And this is why I loved Wolfwood/Vash in the first place, this kind of harsh tone between them despite that they're friends, both of them so jaded, yet still an unshakable wanting to believe in Vash, you can feel it in Wolfwood. Even just the implications of smut are very hot here, the whole piece is almost quiet except it's more of a moment in a lull between chaos, like the Trigun series is so full of. Also, check out the gorgeous drawing by Sakki in the comments below. *__*♥ (Vash/Wolfwood.)
- Vagrant Story -
Next Time Around by ladysisyphus - I was greatly intrigued by this fic--an author I like and Sydney/Ashley? I had to read! And it's a lovely fic, haunting in the tone the author uses and the imagery that she weaves into the fic. Ghosts abound and there are claws everywhere and you can just see the empty, dark places and all the implications of this fic are creepy and fantastic. It's a gorgeous, gorgeous piece. (Sydney/Ashley.)
- X/Tokyo Babylon -
Passwords by ladysisyphus - I was journalhopping and happened to stop by the author's journal, seeing she'd written a bunch of ficbits for a meme and followed curiously, since I remember really adoring her FFXII fic. And this was a lovely piece, all the things that SxS should be, the dangerous, unhealthy, obsessive tone between both of them, even when it's something as simple as Subaru standing on Seishirou's doorstep. And there is something extremely hot about Subaru being so blunt here, very, very nice. (Seishirou/Subaru.)

ARASHI - 00MAIDEN [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I was seriously only two illustrations into this site when I got to SHO AND OHNO AS UTENA AND ANTHY FROM SHOUJO KAKUMEI UTENA. I was kind of pissy about all the j-fanart I'd been forced to intake over the last couple of weeks which was making my brain melt and I was pissy because I'd finally stumbled onto all the JE search engines (which meant even more fanart), but then I saw that and... I tried valiently not to glee at the sheer awesome of that, but I could not resist it. SHO AND OHNO AS UTENA AND ANTHY. SO SO HILARIOUSLY AWESOME. There's also the most ridiculously cute Halloween illustration with them as chibis and beautiful bright colors and adorable basic lineart and, you know. Jun breathing fire to light his own birthday candles. It's not a perfect site, but it's-- Well. Between everything being cute and the utter lol on some of the pages, I just love this site ridiculous amounts. ♥ (....nothing I'm going to warn for.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/honeycomehoney-banner.jpg)
-
ARASHI - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - The very first illustration I saw when I came to this site (at the time I wrote this recommendation), it was one of Nino in his Yamada Tarou maid outfit (which is never not hilarious in and of itself) with the wig falling off while Sho is deeply amused in the background. And it looked great even just for the way I could totally tell it was them and it was actually pretty. There's not a ton of art elsewhere on the site and you have to poke around a fair amount, but it's cute, solidly done stuff with pretty colors and there is Aiba/Nino fanart. I love Aiba/Nino fanart! ♥ There's even fanart from the Happiness PV where Aiba is totally chewing on Nino's head. And there was even a Jun/Nino sketch! I almost never see art of Jun and Nino, this was very nearly worth the site alone right there. And there's art from the Shukudai-kun cosplay episode and the Odoroki SP3 and--! So much really fantastic Nino art here. ♥♥♥ (It's... sort of half-gen, half-potential slash? It's a little all over the place, but the most prominent would probably be Aiba/Nino or Sho/Nino.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/indigo-garden-banner.gif)
-
ARASHI - indigo garden [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - It took me kind of an embarassingly long time to figure out to click on the "love" section rather than the regular gallery, so that I could find the Arashi fanart (since "love" usually so often refers to a link page and there was a gallery page right there and... it was confusing for a minute or two, okay?), but it was totally worth it, the art here is lovely. The artist uses the kind of coloring I love, the lush, rich shades that practically just glow. Her group illustrations are fabulous, the chibis she so often uses are adorable but they are also SUPER CUTE. The one of them playing in a field is nearly physically painful with how much I love it. And summer!Aiba? Yes, plz, omg. ♥ Or the one where they're practically dogpiling onto Jun in those red TIME concert outfits and the cake goes flying? That is what I love about fanart. (Nothing I'd really warn for, maybe some Aiba/Nino.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/meronpan-banner.jpg)

ARASHI - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This site is definitely not going to be for everyone, the early art is kind of shakey and the artist does improve, but it's still not going to be for everyone. However, I fucking loved this site. Right from the top illustration (at the time I wrote this rec, of course), it was of Arashi dressed up in Power Ranger-like outfits with them looking so freaking cute as chibis... and Jun being SO FUCKING CUTE in his little pink out fit and PINK FUCKING SKIRT AND MY LOVE FOR THIS SITE EXPLODED RIGHT THEN, right before I ever even stepped foot into the gallery proper. Most of the rest of the site is more tame, there are a lot of chibi-esque illustrations and I didn't get really into the site again until about halfway through, but occasionally there's a really cool illustration of Ohno in traditional clothing or the group dressed up in animal costumes or Jun with his pretty pretty princess curls or princess!Jun bitching out the rest of the group for annoying the crap out of him on his birthday or the oekaki of Jun with a bazooka and I just... this site had so much of the spirit of what I love about Arashi. (No real warnings/pairings.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/strawberry-strawberry-banner.gif)
-
ARASHI - Strawberry Strawberry [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Oh, I fell in love with this site almost instantly, the soft and pretty colored-pencil-esque style is just lovely with this artist's work, she has the strength in her basic art to pull it off. It doesn't hurt that she draws some of the cutest (without being too terribly over the top fluffy so as to be ridiculous) Aiba/Nino I've seen all day. The kind that just makes me melt into a puddle because they are so adorable. Also, Aiba is suitably hot even when being a dork, always a plus. :Dv There's a decent amount of art on the site as well, even the oekaki illustrations are fun to look at. ♥ (Aiba/Nino, some gen.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/china18-bee-banner.jpg)
-
ARASHI - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - The art on this site starts out a little shakey and it's never quite perfect, but I loved this site with squeeing abandon. It's actually quite adorable and often pretty art, but the real delight of the site is in the spirit of it, the way Jun is all long-legged and gorgeous in a waiter's uniform or super-cute in his rhinestone-studded boots or how there is SHO/JUN FANART YOU GUYS I DID NOT THINK I WOULD SEE THE DAY ♥♥♥ or Sho in a doctor's outfit or Jun in pretty traditional female Chinese clothing or super-adorable group illustrations (the Halloween one is so damn adorable!) or Ohno + Jun doing that goldfish catching game with the little paper catchers and Jun has wrecked his so he is all D:< about it and I-- I love this site a lot, okay? Like, it fills my heart with rainbow happiness. (Some Sho/Jun, but it's mostly a gen site.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/acorn-link.jpg)
-
ARASHI - acorn [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - It took me awhile to warm up to this site and perhaps I wouldn't have given it the extra effort, but it was Arashi and the current top page illustration on the site is of Jun with his shirt unbutton and surrounded by roses. I couldn't help but be charmed by this. The site also has one or two Aiba/Jun illustrations and I rather like her take on Aiba (he's so pretty, omg) and the artist does some really sweet group illustrations. I think that's what won me over more than anything else, really. Her style is much like watercolors and this often makes for some really interesting looking pictures. ....and it doesn't hurt that the artist does seem most fond of Aiba and Jun. (No real warnings/pairings.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/pack-banner.jpg)
-
D.Gray-man - pack [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I actually came here for the Reborn! fanart (though, there wasn't enough for me to justify a recommendation just yet, despite some absolutely beautiful pieces), but wound up staying more for the D.Gray-man art because the artist had been doing that series for longer, apparently. The artist does these beautiful illustrations, these really rich, slick colors with sharp lines and amazing shading and I just go for this sort of thing. They're also very creative images/poses, some of them are really lovely to even just look at, rather than being all fangirly because they're pretty Ravi or Ravi/Allen images. I enjoyed this site a lot! (Ravi/Allen, but worth it for the gen if you step lightly.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/carillon-banner.png)
-
D.Gray-man - carillon [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Given that the first couple of illustrations I saw on this site were Kanda/Rinali images, I was bound to be weak towards this site. And the style is kind of rough, but it's sooooo cute! Even the comics are totally adorable and there is one with a Kanda/Rinali kiss! That hardly ever happens! And while there's not a ton of art here and most of it is in b&w (which works for me with characters like these two), it was a fun little site that got me right back in the mood for DGM again this morning. Also, there are sprites on the page. asldkjalkjdlkjaslkd Kanda/Rinali, Allen/Rinali, and even Ravi/Rinali sprites. ♥ (Kanda/Rinali.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/a.b-banner.jpg)
-
D.Gray-man - A.B [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I didn't really intend to stick around for more DGM fanart this morning, but something about this site just quietly caught me. The art started out a little shakey, but then the artist started doing these really cool individual illustrations of the characters, these b&w sketches that looked really fantastic, they're almost simple except the artist is really good at putting all these little details into them. And I swear I was adoring the hell out of this site even before I ever got to the Kanda/Rinali kiss illustration that's so pretty... but I also wasn't complaining. ♥ (A little Allen/Rinali, a little Kanda/Rinali, a little Ravi/Rinali, a little Ravi/Miranda, maybe a little other, a lot of gen.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/zeroend-banner.gif)

Final Fantasy VII/D.Gray-man - 0:end [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I originally came here for the D.Gray-man fanart, but got sidetracked by the Final Fantasy stuff instead, which has some really lovely stuff. The site has two of the prettiest FFXII scribbles I've seen so far, though, my only complaint about that section is that there's not enough for me to really recommend yet. I'd love to see the artist do more. Her FFVII stuff is fun as well, there are a lot of oekaki images of characters like Cloud and Zack and Reno and a;sdlfkjasdlkfaslk I love her Zack so much. And her DGM fanart is in much the same vein, it's these almost rough, scribbly lines in the oekaki art, but somehow this winds up working for her characters, especially whenever she draws any of the Noah family. The artist's Rhode is especially fantastic, that combination of almost pretty and kinda creepy blending together very nicely here. The later pages of art are really getting just fantastic, the artist's Tiki is kind of gorgeous and her Noah-family images are just about perfect, yet still fun. An enjoyable little site. (Some Zack/Cloud that is probably more then than anything, a lot of definite FFVII gen. Mostly gen for DGM, I'd say.)

JE/Takki & Tsubasa - GAZEBO [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - So. I was looking for Arashi fanart. That's all I was supposed to be doing this afternoon. Just. Arashi. Fanart. And then I discovered the hell that is the Johnny's search engine and I was morbidly curious about clicking through the NEWS links. Which led me to... a bunch of T&T sites. And I didn't want to be looking at T&T art sites, but I couldn't quite look away, not until I could see if there was at least one good one. And then I found this site. And the art is so goddamned cute and the colors are so shiny and pretty and there's a couple really beautiful ones of Tsubasa especially and then a couple of really hot T&T doubles illustrations (if you accept that this is fanart so they don't precisely look like themselves all the time, though, the artist is pretty solid at Tsubasa ♥) and just... as;fdkljasdl;alskj I'm in JE fandom hell right now and I'm never getting out. ;__;♥ (....nothing I would warn for.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/5knot-banner.jpg)

Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - 5knot [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - After the last few days, my brain is starting to be unable to process it all and threatening to leak out my ears, so the last thing I should be doing is looking at more Reborn! fanart. And yet I cannot help myself as the art on this site is so hot, the artist does Hibari and Mukuro both amazingly well. A lot of the art is b&w or with only minimal color, so you can see how intense and sharp her lines are, a style that suits Reborn! as a series, but especially Hibari and Mukuro since the artist favors those two. Some of the Mukuro illustrations especially are just gorgeous and even the oekaki is hot, I couldn't stop paging through the site to find every last piece of art, this is the kind of site that's the reason I'm so hooked on j-fanart. ....a-also that one Dino/Hibari illustration didn't hurt my feelings at all. ♥ (....nothing I'm going to warn for.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/alt-banner.gif)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There's not a whole lot of art here, but the handful that is here is really quite lovely. Some of the early ones are nice, but it's after the artist has put up a few, after she's had some time to practice that she gets really good. The Mukuro/Tsuna illustrations can be just gorgeous, the one of Tsuna leaning back into Mukuro, the gold fire that surrounds them, it's just... really impressive. The artist also draws a damn fine Hibari, all harsh, intense lines that works so well with his character. So, it's not a very large site, but it's worth a quick trip through, some of the art is really damn fine. (Some Mukuro/Tsuna, some other, some gen.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/xyz-banner.gif)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This site is interesting. It's... the style is a little different from what I usually go looking for/what I usually see, it's sort of a different take on the characters, not exactly a redesign, but... there's a very strong sense of the artist's style on them. I think I like it a lot. It's sort of really cool to see Hibari with a hawk on his arm or the older form of Colonello, who looks fantastic with this artist. I also love her Dino, especially when he's riding a motorcycle and he's got all this messy hair around his face and he's smiling just a little and... somehow--and I'm entirely sure why, just that it's so--this artist really charmed me. (No warnings/pairings.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/kodemari64-banner.jpg)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - Kodemari no Kimi [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I am always easy when it comes to porn, even if I wonder a little at Dino being so huge, especially compared to Hibari. On the other hand, Dino's hot, his tattoos are hot, and it's porn. Like I'm complaining. ♥ I do really love her Hibari, though, he's very much like in canon, all intense, deceptively lazy stares or annoyance (well, usually, anyway), and the artist does some really hot shading. Very nice little site, I'd love to see more from the artist. Or a doujinshi. *__* (Dino/Hibari, some NSFW content in at least two images.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/nappy-banner.gif)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn - nappy! [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This artist's style is not one I would want to see all of the time, but once in awhile it's really kind of a nice break from all the other fanart I've been inhaling lately. It works especially well with characters like Xanxus and Squalo, the rough, long lines and lack of coloring very fitting for this pairing. Squalo especially looks interesting on this site, I love the way the artist draws his hair. I love how very little on this site seems nice, it's all mean or angry or kinda crazy, which is the perfect tone for these two, especially Squalo. It's also interesting to see the artist's take on the rest of the characters, she got most of the main characters at some point on the oekaki pages, I especially liked her Gokudera. Very cool little site. (Xanxus/Squalo, some gen.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/saimela-banner.jpg)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I realize that I end up recommending a lot of sites that most people probably aren't going to like, so my tastes might not mesh with a lot of people's, but I kind of can't help it when it comes to sites like this. After seeing as much fanart as I have, sometimes it starts to all blend together in my brain, so I want something a little different, even if it's just a style that's a little messier or has an interesting use of color like this site does. I was intrigued by the Tsuna/Gokudera illustration on the site, amused by cute little Kyouya illustrations, intrigued by little bitty Mukuro with the sly smirk on his face, but I think it was really the one of little kidlet Squalo with his hair up in ponytails that really did it for me. And while there's not a ton of art here, the artist covers a lot of potential pairings--Xanxus/Squalo, Yamamoto/Squalo, Tsuna/Gokudera, Dino/Hibari, etc.--and it was kinda fun to look at them all. (A lot of potential yaoi pairings, a lot of gen.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/nkagachi-banner.jpg)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - A Hibari/Ryouhei site is really not something I expected to find, at least not something that looks as beautiful as this site does. I was initially intrigued by the stand alone stuff with several of the main characters, the art's a little shakey at first but the artist quickly gets better. And then the Ryouhei/Hibari stuff is gorgeous. The one of them tangled up in ribbons is very nicely done, but I think I love the chibis of Ryouhei, Kyouko, and little pissy Hibari being dragged along as they run even more. Just. as;ldfkjalskj so cute! ♥ I... I would also totally do a Ryouhei/Hibari/Kyouko trio at least once. At least by this artist. Also, the oekaki are interesting to look at and make it so that there's a decent amount of art on the site. I had fun. <3 ....also, I may have loved the little oekaki images of Dino, Squalo, Bel and his brother as little kids in school together and being utter little mafia brats. XDDD (Ryouhei/Hibari, some other yaoi, some gen.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/primaries-banner.jpg)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - primaries [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - You know what's another thing I never expected to see much of, much less draw all pretty like on this site? Basil fanart. A lot of them are really just more sketches than regular fanart illustrations, but Basil looks very much recognizable as himself and the artist uses a lot of warm, gold-esque colors and I'm weak to that sort of thing. And I probably would have been all wibbly on the site anyway, just from the sketch of Basil resting in bed while Iemitsu comes to check on him. And, hell, the Dino/Basil is kinda cute, too, and the Basil/Tsuna illustrations are very sweet to look at. I just quietly enjoyed this site. (Some Dino/Basil, some Basil/Tsuna, possible Iemitsu/Basil...?--I'm choosing to interpret it as gen--some other, some gen.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/glitter-banner.jpg)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - Glitter. [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I didn't really expect to find another Dino/Basil site, despite that I was wandering around and clicking on interesting links from the last site's links pages, and... well, it's one of those sites that I just sort of randomly stumbled over and started looking around because I like Dino and the promise of Basil fanart is still new and intriguing. And the artist's style is interesting, half of the time it's brightly colored CG and the other half of the time it's a bit more experimental. But when I look at the b&w sketches or comics, the artist really has a lot of potential to do some cool stuff and I have to admit the site was worth it for the sketch of Dino poking frosting (from a birthday cake) onto Hibari's face while Basil goes :D nervously at the camera and Hibari looks about two seconds away from killing everything in sight. (Dino/Basil.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/alcaloid-banner.gif)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - I have a great fondness for art sites that use the CG style well, especially when the colors are really vivid and sharp to match the pointy lines and the artist does a very nice Tsuna in Hyper Dying Will mode, where his eyes and the fire are practically glowing. He looks so hot that way. And there's a gorgeous Chrome illustration here, too. And I like the way the artist's Dino/Hibari looks as well, all that messy, sharp hair, the vivid yellows and blacks and purples used for these characters. The clothes look so sharp and clean as well and the b&w sketches show off the pretty lines from the artist, especially on Hibari who looks just gorgeous, you can just tell how much the artist really likes the character. There's a solid amount of art here and it's one of the better ones I've been to lately for this pairing, I think. Also, I may have lol'd at the image of Dino with his arm around Hibari to hold him in place while he forcibly shoves the Vongola ring onto his hand while Hibari looks pissy. Or Dino leaning over to read over Hibari's shoulder, while Hibari casually stabs his hand with a pen. It's the little things sometimes. ♥ (Some Dino/Hibari, some other, but there's more gen art than anything else.)
![](http://fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/fanart-banners/giggle-banner.gif)
-
Katekyou Hitman Reborn! - giggle [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Sometimes I get a little sadfaced when art sites only have b&w illustrations (or at least very few with color in them), but other times there are artists who do these amazingly sharp and brilliantly contrasted b&w images that I end up thinking that color would just ruin them, they're perfect as they are. It especially works with characters like Hibari and Mukuro, those two who both have such sharp edges and that glossy black hair, and that certain intensity to them. There's not a ton of art here, but I love the site anyway, it does them both so well, so hot, really. Though, you can find more (and a lot of hot gen art) in the oekaki section, which was v. v. nice, yes. (Mukuro/Hibari, some gen.)
NEW GOAL: 994/1500
