I have recently went back into exploring Jpop, and there are very interesting things that happened since I left Jpop some years ago, the interaction between kohai and sempai are so diffent if I look at kpop where aside from sunbae there is hyung and dongsengs, a pretty structured society that I find facinating about asians in general.
