Upcoming new Anime season!
Aah, time passes so quickly, and the fact that I'm spending the most of it SICK doesn't amuse me T_T
So I'm here to poke you for the upcoming stuff for the summer anime season <3
This is the season that I look forward the least, 'cause it's usually filled with moe crap-- But this year there is some seriously shit coming, instead :D
Must Watch
Here are the anime that I'm DEFINITELY going to watch:
• Genshiken 2 ...Seriously ;o; ?! Is it going to be animated ;o; ..? I'll never stop saying that I loved the first series the most and this fujoshi-oriented "era" is way less interesting and fun that the previous one, but I'm going to watch it! Can't wait to see Hato-kun animated ♥ --I wonder how long it'll be!
• Kingdom 2 I loved the first series, looking forward to Xin's new adventures! --Hopefully this will be animated decently ;_; *crosses fingers*
• Uchoten Kazoku I love stuff about Japanese yokai, so I'm going to try to watch this :D The premises look fun :D
Do Want ;3; ...
Here are the anime that I'm going to watch, but I'm not expecting much out of them despite the delighful premises:
• Free! I remember a trailer coming up on Facebook and making all the fujoshi (and gay!) fanbase crazy XDD
Looks quite fanservice-y and nicely animated, I'm going to give it a try! There's always room for naked, wet boys∼
• Silver Spoon I read some bits of the manga and I liked it, I stopped reading it because it felt too much like Moyashimon-- I'll give it a try again now that it'll be animated :3
Maybe Watch
Stuff that gives me contrasting feelings--
• Gatchaman Crowds ...Somebody said Gatchaman ò_o; ..? I'll keep an eye on this, hopefully it won't be a crappy remake like Casshern's >_>;
• Gifuu Doudou! I don't really care about Maeda Kenji (his uncle Toshiie was WAY MORE interesting, to me!), but as a Sengoku Era fan and a Tetsuo Hara devotee, it's my duty to keep an eye on this.
As for the movies, I'm intrigued by Stardriver and Gundam Age... But are they actual new movies/sequels or stupid summaries of the series..? Anyone has more infos on them..?
...Now that I look at it, it's a pretty huge list! I hope that I'll manage to watch everything ^_^;
--The first "date" will be with Kingdom in the next days :D but I guess that you'll have to wait 'til July for a proper "first impression" post ;D Look forward to it!
