• A few days ago the football team that I cheer for left for Chicago for a tour in the States ò_o
They'll play a few matches there, trying to gain some local supporters, I guess, since the society has been bought by an American guy.
I'm really curious about how the matches will go, I hope that I'll manage to follow their adventures from the website XD
• But then, was it explained why that guy decided to attack all those people during a Batman premiere ò_o ? Was it somehow tied to the movie, the characters, or he just wanted to kill people out of a whim..?
Anyway, such things make you think-- It looks way too easy to kill innocent people nowadays.
It pisses me off that countries that are not *at war* have to deal with these random psychos every now and then :/
• I noticed a few new things that bother me to no end.
1) Scanlations groups asking for staff application to proceed with their releases on a series. MAYBE IT'S NOT OBVIOUS ENOUGH, BUT THE MOST OF PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW FANCY A RELEASE LOOK.
I'm reading the whole JoJo in horrible scans with a lettering straight off MS Paint but I don't care! AS LONG AS I CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT CHARACTERS ARE SAYING AND THE TRANSLATION IS RELATIVELY ACCURATE, I DON'T CARE.
If I have to choose between quality and quantity (concerning scanlations) I'd always pick QUANTITY, no matter what.
Instead these morons take over 2 weeks to release a chapter because they need "EXPERIENCED RE-DRAWERS AND TYPESETTERS" and are "LOW ON QUALITY CHECKERS".
FOR FUCK SAKE. RELEASE THAT FUCKING NEW CHAPTER ALREADY.
2) I noticed that every now and then, people write ffics about a certain pairings and then-- they filled them up with other characters and pairings to "enrich" it.
I DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT KUROKO AND KAGAMI ARE DOING WHILE MIDORIN AND TAKAO ARE KISSING!!
I DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE TO THROW ANGST INTO AKIMARU AND HARUNA LOVE LIFE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SHOW US HOW ABE AND MIHASHI DEAL WITH THE ISSUE OF THEIR FRIEND. ASADASDSDFG!!! MAKE THEM FUCK ALREADY FDDFDFHCGVGJV!!!!
• I was considering the idea of updating Got Soul? with more contents, like a "my favourite obscure fandoms" page and other craps... Still, I'm not sure of how to merge it into the contents and how to pull such a content-heavy update...
• I want to work on my cosplay, too... Apparently tomorrow there's a storm approaching, so I could profit of the cooler weather to finally resume my work on it-- UGH. I just hope that I won't be as devasted as I am in these days after work ._.;
And now, the anime/manga bits:
• As I was expecting, I dropped Nobuna no Yabou at episode 2. My god, THE CRAP!
• KYAH! In the end the Area No Kishi episode wasn't about Oda and Araki fighting over a girl-- It was mostly an Araki one-sided thing that happened only in the herads of the more "lively" guys XD
ODA, I'M SO GLAD THAT YOU DIDN'T BETRAY MY EXPECTATIONS ;o; !!! --Also, this episode felt like a filler. The scanlations are still stuck at the pre-Yoin vs Enoshima match so I can't tell for sure, but all that stuff with the Nadeshiko Japan in bikini just looked like a fail fanservice =_=;
ANYWAY, I'M PLOTTING AN ODA/ARAKI COMICLET BECAUSE OF THIS EPISODE. I'm still figuring how to make it work, but I'll definitely release if before the new anime episode :3
• LOL, Kuroshitsuji-- Prince Sohma is really adorable XDD Everytime he pops out in the manga he just cheers me up XD ♥
LOL, Ciel is a horrible person... I wonder if he'll take Cole's place as Redmond's fag now the the blonde bishie has been ko'ed and his spot is vacant..?
