It's Kimi Monogatari by Little by Little :D
I didn't care much for the song, which is anyway cute and catching, what really amused me was the ANIMATION XDD You guys should know that my second most favourite character in Naruto is Sai ù__u ! --So I really adored this short tribute to him, despite the bittersweetness ;_;
...And ok, this time I can go with a due sketch x3
