Italian Adaptation's Report
As I promised, a report dedicated to how the Italian TV adapted Sai's penis jokes∼
So, there's been adaptation (it would be too rude to call it "censorship"-- After all Naruto in Italy is aired at a different hour than in Japan, in a moment where all kind of kids are around-- Anyway, since the same kids are already buying the manga and they definitily know about Sai's attitude it's a little stupid to change stuff in the first place-- ANYWAY.) as I thought, but it wasn't so bad.
Of course Sai's character is not as caustic and weird as in the original, but they definitely suceeded in portraying him as a jerk >3>
So, let's go with the original/dubbed comparison:
Italian: "This is such a ridiculous reaction --Tell me, are you a little girl?"
Italian: (to Naruto) "Thanks to our encounter, I learned you're a wimp and your equipment is quite questionable"
(to Sakura) "Oh? But I really like ugly girls like you"
Italian: (about Sasuke) "People like him deserves to die... I don't care about such a cockroach."
Italian: Sai: "Oh, it looks like you're not a wimpy little girl, after all"
Naruto: "Shut up! I'm going to beat you up so hard, you'll see who's a true ninja!"
Italian: Sai: "Yeah, you're right... It's just like your equipment."

I also found some infos about Sai's Italian VA.
It looks like his name is Maurizio Merluzzo (further infos here), a guy who dubbed some pretty minor characters in series like Hunter x Hunter, Yugi-Oh GX and Prince of Tennis.
Looks like he's some pretty Nobody XD
And in the end, since it's a Sai post, here I come with some emotions portraying exercise∼
