In a word I would sum up my weekend as "disappointing" at best. I mean I had a lot of fun but I performed pretty badly yet I Season PR'd in the 100M High Hurdles with a time of 17....i don't really remember the two last digits...i should probably look those up. ah well.the other PR was in the Javelin with an 18M throw. the 800M run was a disaster just straight up, i ran a 3:05 around. bleh. w/e. The team ended up coming in third and i came in dead last for my first Heptathlon. ARGH!!!!!!! then again i had four months of training and mostly everyone in it were seniors. ugh. I really shouldn't sweat the 800M run that much.
This summer I'm doing hard core training with the program they're giving me. I'm also taking an art class at Suffolk CC so that'll be fun(sarcasm). coach wants me to do the Empire Games but I have to work at some point in there. >_< I dunno what job i could possibly get. ah well.
