Note: i have apparently maxed out my messages in LJ. whut? so here you go! hope you don't mind.
First off, may I say the response has been amazing! While I never expected so much interest in this idea it has defiantly motivated me beyond my original scope of what this idea was.
You are receiving this in your interests in participating in art drills/ challenges. We need to work out a few kinks, ideas etc SO I am inviting you to give suggestions and ideas while we lay out the framework for the community.
I do NOT at this time have a name, a launch date, a mission statement, a policy regarding membership, etc. This is all getting worked on currently but as soon as we know you’ll know.
We have come up with the idea that it will be the community that will decide on the prompt as well as assist in supplying links to tutorials and resources people can use while working on said prompt. So as a whole the community will decide what they want to work on, and they will be given time to supply some resources back to the community to use for that prompt. Then there will be a challenge given with examples and supplemented information.
So please note/message me back with ideas.
Also if you want to be more hands on with this process let me know what you feel comfortable helping out with, if anything at all! I do not want to pressure people into committing to something but I want to be able to allow those who want to assist with this the chance to do that. So please however much or however little you can help out let me know.
The first goal of these art challenges/drills is for self-betterment in art. But hopefully we can have a good time doing it as well!
Thank you again for the interest! And again I will be sure to let you know when/where this idea will take shape. ((But it WILL be soon.))

Hahah, it's not a problem.
Actually, all I really have to say is that it would be nice if each drill has a tutorial or a lesson along with it, sort of like a virtual art class. That would really help in case someone was not familiar with certain terms or concepts.
