i'm in lawrence. last night's show was in KC at a venue called el torri... something, but we call it el terrible for fun. the show was pretty descent. the best thing about it, though, was that i received a surprise visit from ryan and kyrstin tenjack! after our set, we went and got some coffee. t'was nice :)
after the show, a good portion of thr tour entourage ventured back to mary's house (a friend) and proceeded to indulge in a few cocktails. it was a little rambuncscious but mellow at the same time. mostly, we had inebriated political discussions (which are always a bit ridiculous and amusing) and watched the best of will ferril dvd.
i'm getting really ansty sitting around the house. i've been up for about 4 hours and i'm really itching to go into town. such a cool place. i have a hard time sitting still. mostly, i want to go to the black lodge and say hello to ed and ryan.
tonight, we're going to town to watch The Esoteric play. woohoo! it'll be awesome hanging out w/ e-dogg again.
