la crosse
right now i'm in la crosse, wisconsin. last night we played w/ gratitude in iowa city at gabe's oasis. it was a really fun show. sold like 10 cds and a few shirts. not bad. wickard and i make a good merch team, pedalling and taking no prisoners in the process. gratitude was awesome - much better live than the cd (though the cd is still pretty good). i'm very tired and devoid of energy today. that probably has something to do with the fact that i had around 9 drinks last night. i don't remember a whole lot of what went on after the show to be perfectly honest, though it's been reported to me that i was running up to random ashleys in the street and meeping their noses. tonight we play w/ gratitude again, then drive home. i really look forward to falling into my bed and crashing hard. i'm grateful for the floors that are provided for me to sleep on while out on rock & roll adventures, but they can never quite compare to my bed.
