so high so high
this weekend was filled with hanging out and acting cool. nice times? yes indeed.
i spend my fridaynight having gorgeous ravioli with wild spinaze at ra's house. she could quit university and become a master-chef-cook. :)
than the tommies went to check out the competition. johan at the patronaat. the cue outside was huge so we had tea and chatted about our tommie future. (recording, oh yes, we might!) we missed out on moss ánd i discovered we also missed out on about. hmm.
after johan (who give me this proud feeling that goes like 'i used to live in hoorn and go to swaf as well!') ra, ske and me danced a little like idiots in the kleinezaal. we like partonaat. it's awesome. but we felt like old ladies in the middle of a group of young kids so we left early, like old ladies do.
the day after we bought new stage outfits for tommies. we look like a 60-s girlband now :)
drove off to nijmegen. had krentebollen on the road and dropjes and we felt like we went on a holiday. this is how band-life should be, huh ;)
singing along to the ramones in your car while looking for the fastest way to a city where you never been.
we arrived. had food. did the soundcheck. hang out with the very cool ladies and gents of mexican holiday and suicidal birds. we love them to pieces.
we were second to play. convincing the crowd we are cuter than you. the show went horrible but we enjoyed ourself anyway (which shows, so people like us even when our songs go wrong).
good night good night. driving home. very tired after two evenings of excitement.
today i chilled. saw OBER at the kriterion and had hot coco with cream. now going to melkweg to see millionaire and flip k.
