So, I guess now I need to buy a Dreamcast
I managed to make a pretty nifty purchase on the weekend. I was at the Nedlands swap meet, and at the Rotary Club stall I managed to pick up ten Sega Dreamcast games:
Sonic Adventure
Shenmue
Marvel vs Capcom
Marvel vs Capcom 2
Soul Reaver: Legacy of Kain
Soul Caliber
Power Stone
Power Stone 2
Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation
Those were $1 each. Yep :)
I really wanted a Dreamcast when they were out, so I'm pretty chuffed about the prospect of finally getting one. Hopefully I can find one on Ebay or somesuch. They've become a bit of a collectors item, but given how cheap the games were if the console ends up costing a bit extra it won't be the end of the world. Of course, the other option would be to flog all the games off for a tidy profit, but that strikes me as making the whole thing a bit joyless.
Any Dreamcast fans out there? Anyone played any of these games? I hear they're raaaaaaather good.
