I've decided to try and stop impulse buying games. It's much harder than I thought. The last two weeks has been not too bad at all when it comes to game releases. We had
Warhammer: Online,
S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Clear Sky,
The Force Unleashed and an extended version of
The Witcher. All quality stuff.
I tried to like
Warhammer: Online but just couldn't get into it. Though I must say, the collectors edition comes with some amazing content. It makes me want to re-arrange the lounge room, just so I can display it. Maybe a job for flexi.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Clear Sky looks as polished as a S.T.A.L.K.E.R game can get on release, but I'm still plugging though the first one so hopefully all the bugs will be fixed by the time I get onto it.
The other two, I'm sad to say, I haven't played much of at all. My biggest sin is not having played any retail release of
The Force Unleashed. Its on my todo list.
October is looking bad for me as five 'must have' games are coming out in close proximity and I've got a trip to QLD planned. Its enough to make a man wish for a mini Xbox 360.
