Much travel
It's been a lovely few days in Somerset... now speeding towards York on train to visit Clare briefly before heading back to Manchester tomorrow to play the Rampant Lion!
Yesterday evening was lovely. Went round to see Tash who had just that day returned from India. She gave me a lovely Indian cloth thingy. Pip was there too. I just dropped down for a bit really to say hello. We had some wine and cheese. It was quite civilised and nice!
Earlier that evening Jen (Alex's girlfriend) arrived, and I went straight from work with Dad (finished at 7) to meet them at the Halfway House. Had a big curry and much Budwa. It was good.
Also booked a plane from Bristol to Newcastle for the princely sum of £15 (compared with train at £63). Travelling up for a gig there on 2nd May... calendar is filling up, tis a bit scary - can map out my life in gigs and journeys and it then all seems to go very quickly!
