The day at work started okay but I ran out of steam after about half an hour. I'd read that today was supposed to be the most depressing of the year, and sure enough I got soaked at lunch time walking home from Tesco's. Plastic carrier bags in the rain - nothing more depressing.

I read this last Friday, which really picked me up and made me happy.
