Heh it's funny I always tell myself that I don't have much to say but once I get typing it takes a lot for me to stop. I always think of something to say.
It's been...interesting to say the least. Hanging out with Mitch, Zak, and Duncan and actually still hanging out occasionally with Dan L and Nick. Either group I'm hanging out with reminds me of how old I'm going to be in 23 days. That should be a blatant enough hint folks. lol With the first group it's hearing similar complaints about parents or about girls or peers and remembering back to what it was like when I was that age. Sure there's not a whole generation of age difference, but it's interesting relating stories of the antics of Stevenson back to someone else who wasn't there with me.
With Dan L, well...it seems we get on philosophical debates and these interesting conversations with so much depth behind them. I have no idea why, but Dan seems to have this faith or...I guess confidence in me that no one else does. Not even myself. I've yet to figure out exactly why this is but on one level it's reasurring and builds my confidence yet at the same time it raises doubts. Usually the people in the past who've been my biggest "cheerleader" so to speak have come back to hurt me or haunt me one way or another. Needless to say I'm a little wary of that from anyone. It seems...kiss-ass or like there's some kind of angle to it. I know a great majority of the time there isn't, but I'm really not used to it and so it can be disconcerting.
I've been in just one of those awkward stages where there's not even a song I can relate to now. Usually there's some song that I hear that just defines the period or moment of life I'm in. I purchased GTA: San Andreas recently so I'm getting more into the rap "thang" a bit more and probably will aquire some more of that but nothing has really grabbed me lately. It's sad.
