DOUBLE WOOT!! My team in the GNS Car Rally won... THAT'S RIGHT... WE KICKED ASS! We found out today. So go Team Armed Forces (that was our theme for costumes... kinda repetitive, but still hella cool clothes). So we didnt get the Texas mickey because apparently it would be to dangerous... bah... too much alcohol.. bah.. who heard of such a thing... humbug. But we did win a big keg. But none of us drink beer. So we are going to sell it and use the money to buy alcohol we do like. Aren't we so smart (hint: rhetorical question)? So I am really proud of our team. Yay for Gianna, David, Mo, Liz, Lynne, Marina, and Me. Special thanks to all the people that helped. Such as: The kabuki cab drivers downtown, the random tourists, the huge marching band that went through Beacon Hill park, The ice cream server at the beacon hill park restaurant, my random new fiances downtown, the tour buses, the guy playing the drums in the inner harbor, the guy at the bar in Esquimalt, Mr. Jackson, The judges of course, and the most important of all... the whale at the oak bay marina.. and so many more!
It was sooo much fun. I am so happy I went in it. It just a bonus that we won. It just re-states that it pays off to run around in a car with your friends doing random stunts for points and video taping it. A life lesson... A life lesson indeed
