last night was the best day of my life. to be in boston when the sox won the world series was ridiculous enough, but to be outside at Fenway was even more amazing. people cheering, "Lets go red sox", "Yankees suck," "Fuck the pigs" etc, hundreds of police in swat team formation trying to disperse the riots, people climbing light poles, people turning over cars, being so drunk--just perfect. crashing at gregs (for the millionth time this week) cause theres no way to get home and waking up with a viscious hangover and getting back at my room at 8:30 so the fire alarm can go off and make my headache worse and having to go up and down 11 flights of spiral stairs and taking a midterm that i didn't study for because the sox were more important is just part of the glory. feels so good to be part of red sox nation.
