TONIGHT:

GotPoetry Live - 8pm: Featuring with Nick Davis at Blue State Coffee on Thayer St in Providence. Tryin' to get my shit together, I'll be doing new work, excerpts from "The Persistent Phantasmagoria..." and I'll be bringin' my guitar. Nick is only doing new pieces, and there will be some collaboration!

THURSDAY:

The Little "a" Poetry Series - 8pm: This'll be the last regular Little "a" at the Q's current location. The feature will be Providence poet Michel Chapman, come help us celebrate our old home as we look forward to a new one!

FRIDAY:

Ted Painter will be playing at the Q. If you've never heard him before, he plays country originals, and DOES IT RIGHT! I will be doing a short opening set...

SATURDAY:

There will be an all-day show with a suggested donation at the door to support the Q Arts Corporation at our current location. There will be a limited poetry open mic around 7pm, after which we're happy to have a feature spot by none other than Duende! This will be the LAST DAY AT 362, come down for that last cup o joe before we close it up!

APRIL 1st :

April Fool's Day brings the first installment of the Little "a" Poetry Series at Dr Gonzo's All-Natural Mega-Spicy Comestible Emporium at 122 Main St, located in the heart of lovely downtown Worcester's hysterical courthouse district! Our feature will be Heather Flowers-Forhan, coming all the way from Maine! Come down and enjoy some peppermash and poetry!

APRIL 2nd:

There will be an open mic/poetry slam as a benefit for Haiti relief at Wachusett High School in Holden. It is open to the public, with a $5 donation at the door ($3 if you pay in advance). I'll be servin' up some coffee and performing a bit, come out to support a great cause, and if you see Tori Parham, thank her for putting it together!

APRIL 5th

There will be a reading at Quinsigamond Community College for the winners of this year's Worcester Magazine Poetry Contest, and last years winners will be featured as well... guess that includes me... not to mention I was a judge this year... come down to my old Alma Mater on the 5th! (Hmm... did you have to have graduated to consider it your Alma Mater? Am I even spelling that correctly? Damn, I need to go back to school... Rodney Dangerfield style...)

OK, getting silly and rambly, wrapping it up now...
