tick tock....
So I'm countin' the days now :) precisely 14 days from today will be my last day with my company. I will be moving on to work for a cool history grants place, while dressing like a grown up and taking the train to work every day. And this place can smooch my arse :) cause I'm a-done :) Well, soon anyway.
On a side note, I'm very pleased with myself for not caving and wearing clothes I wouldn't normally wear to the interviews. I wore what I'm comfortable and didn't worry about the fact that I was basically a poster boy for Today's Man. *So* I won't have to worry about how I want to dress when I start b/c if they hired me they're obviously okay with it. So I have to do a bit of shopping since I've been wearing jeans and casual shirts for 3 years to work...but I have to hold back a bit because decent men's dress shirts are ex-pen-sive. I've been hawking the sales, but to no avail yet. I'll have to get some additional spiffy new shoes too, but that will be fun (my inner fag *LOVES* to shop for shoes :) But there's nothing like good hard-polished shoes :)
Okay, well, I guess I'm blathering but I can't help it. Have I mentioned that I quit?!?
