Guh. It's the Friday before labor day weekend. There are only 3 out of 6 people in my office here. And we're all the junior people. And yet my boss hasn't called to spring us. I'm dyin' here.
So even though I have to work Sat & Sun I have fun stuff planned in the evenings with my best friend and his girl. Local band nite with my FAVORITE BAND EVER (www.3storieshigh.com), then a home cooked Indian meal with new friends of theirs. Indian is very new to me, but hopefully I'll enjoy it. And at least then I have Monday off to do something fun.
And I'm gettin' new glasses this weekend too which should be pretty cool. I grew up on them but have been wearing contacts for the last 3 years or so exclusively. Hopefully my prescription won't make me look like Mr. Magoo again!
