A while back I got this fortune cookie and in it was a message:
"All you have is today--there is no such thing as yesterday or tomorrow"
A lot of bad shit came my way before and since and I still remain unmoved on this message.
I heard a lot of greif tonight, funny how inebriated people lose all sorts of facades and just tell you how it is, from the heart. True some of it is a miserable attempt for play but most of it is geniune, which is why I believe (if you believe such things) that Jesus would hang out with theifs and drunkards cause theyve got little to hide. I mean chill with drunken groups and you'll start to understand more and more this crazy human mechanism. Heartbreak is like a poison it drains the very soul filling it with fear and doubt. People get so damn stuck on yesterday, so stuck on this or that ,to where ten tomorrows can pass by and itll still be the same.
Are things easy to get over, no but doesnt make them impossible. Every time a new day starts exactly that happens, we get so jumbled in the maze, this messed up game that we let the machine take over and become robots to lost aspiration. People give their whole lives up to the smallest pebbles along the road and it doesnt make any sense. So dont stop continue to go, even if youre only reason to get out of bed in the morning is the hope that today will be different, and eventually it will.
Cause at the end, what really matters?
how many loves you had and lost.
how many individuals youve fucked.
how many friends youve made.
how many friends youve lost.
how many times youve been lost.
how many times youve been found.
how many beers youve put back.
how many drugs youve taken.
how many times youve fucked up so bad you cant face tomorrow.
how many times youve faced tomorrow.
does this stuff matter?

At the end of youre journey when the time comes to greet the creator you can say:
I have made it, and as rough as it was and even in the times I had to crawl I would like to do it again.
I dont know I guess its hard to be down with a morning this beautiful to remember that every day of your life is begin anew.
Smile to see the sun and moon; as long as their still in the sky everythings alright.
