A productive weekend
Yes we've been somewhat busy this weekend, well after a week of not leaving the house cos he was *super glued* to the comp Marquis & I went into Chesterfield on Sat & got one or two things (prezzies mostly) sorted. We even got some stuff for the (unexpected) Italy holiday we're going on in a couple of months.*SQUEE!*
On Sunday we had a day of it in the garden.......Out came the step ladder & hedge trimmer,the hedge got attacked by Marquis & the clippings piled up to a hight equal to the hight of the hedge by me. (& there's more to do yet!) Today I've been continuing the hedge work, the sides got knobbled & I managed to level the short side hedge where Marquis left off last night.....I now have a nice collection of 'bush scratches' on my arms & have decided to call it a day & see how we can go about tackling the side of the hedge that faces the drive (the drive being a lot lower that the lawns.)
Anyway all in all a good few days ;D Well worthy of taking a glass of juice & sitting in the garden for a bit methinks!
