got good news and bad news for me
bad news first, Takao has to temporarily leave minstrelix. keep in mind, he is a genious guitar and song writer, so he is impossible to replace. his wife is making him quit cause he hasnt paid off his loan he took out when he was in school or something and she says that playing in a band while they have a kid and he has all those debts is bad and he is still playing around like a child. she got so pissed off that she actually brought home divorce papers and said if he didnt quit, shed take the kid and leave...wow what a bitch.. i understand she wants more family time, but takao in all of japan, has the second most students of any guitar teacher... and he makes a good 500$ or so a DAY! and the band is only on wed nights and once a month concert which he usually takes off work to go to and ALWAYS stays home with the family on sundays and day wed AND works less than most japanese salary men in japan. never does he have to work extra days. he never goes out wiht friends anymore. why should he have to quit when he is so well off and does so much for his family? my dad never spent the weekends playing with me... but anyway, minstrelix is not over for good. we are still going to make the full album during his absence and get him to record at home and leave the rest to us. and then next year when he is finished paying off his debt, he is allowed to continue the band. it sucks cause we JUST made our debut, and now its over again!! we are going to lie to the public tho and just make up excuses as to why we arent doing any live shows.
good news does come out of this. shinji and i are going to start our own band and play songs that we are writing now. i love shinjis music and im writing most of the melodies and the lyrics so all the songs will be written for my perfect singing range. shinjis band will be more relaxed and fun too and the members are all really easy going and really good and my friends. so ill still be able to practice live shows and get better and take voice lessons and by next year, ill be experienced. the rest of the band members from minstrelix plan on practicing even when takao isnt there too so i think itll all work out in the end and this next album will be much much better than the single cause im getting better at singing, and the songs are much better and we will be recording at a better studio in kyoto. shinji and i are now talking about doing street lives too. accoustic guitar sad songs with me dressed up in super duper loli. i still dont have any good pics to show of that yet, but i plan on taking some this summer.
other news, i joined a gym where i get free councelling (spelling?) 2 times a month. i went ot my first councelling session tonight and suprised my trainer. machines are bullshit btw. ill write what the machine took..

muscle 36 (ave 38.5) is this fucking low or what??!
BMI 19.6 (ave 18.5-24.8)
fat percentage 23.7% (ave 18-28%)
waist hip ratio .79 (ave .70-.80) i think this means im average cause asians have no hip or ass
anyway, it says im weak and dont have enough muscle it recommended at what level training i should do...and then what i actually did and tested to be my normal training menu
biseps 4.5kl-9kl (about 10-20lbs) i tested at 31.7kl (70lbs)...thats pretty off
chest 10-15kl .....31.7 again
abdominal crunch 10-15...me, 31.7 again
leg extensions 11.3-17kl ...me, 58.9 (130lbs)
and when i was doing the machines, the trainer was like... "whoa, u dont have alot of muscle maybe but what u have is pretty strong!" damn yeah it is mother fucker. nobody calls me weak, not even a stupid machine who thinks its knows everything about the human body and mind. fuck you machine, i kick ass! so anyway, i got a new real training menu, and im going to kick ass and get strong so i look all bad ass and like a real heavy metal vocalist. yeah!
although i really dont understand why it says im so weak...i do above the normal level that is writen for most guys...fuck u machine)
