Yes, yet another "year in review" post in your friends list

This year, I:

1. Learned how to ski.
2. Joined a gym.
3. Learned all about my lack of core strength
4. Worked on core strength. Arm and leg strength too.
5. Kept my new years resolution to exercise regularly.
6. Fixed my bicycle
7. Rode my bicycle, though not as much as I should have.
8. Took an 11 day, 2500-mile roadtrip on the motorcycle.
9. Met some really cool people, and took some really good pictures at Grandfather Mountain
10. Leapt into digital photography fully.
11. Learned that if you ask for what you want, sometimes you get it.
12. Learned that being appreciated for what you do goes a long way.
13. Learned that regular exercise does wonders for energy levels, and mental attitude.
14. Finally found out exactly what I'm allergic to, and started treatments for those allergies.
15. Got a kitten.
16. Rediscovered how much a kitten can relieve stress.
17. Paid off ALL of my short-term consumer debt (zero balances on the credit cards)
18. Hit a deer on the motorcycle, and kept the bike under control. Hooray lizard brain.
19. Lost 18 pounds.

Next year I will:

1. Try to get into better cardiovascular shape, and either start cycling seriously again, or start running again.
2. Try to save more money.
3. Once the surgery in January is over and recovered from, work more on core strength, and balance.
4. Learn to ski better.
5. Rebuild the motorcycle, and better equip it for touring. A new bike probably isn't in the finances this year.
6. Listen more, talk less.
7. Become a better photographer. There's an artist deep down there somewhere.
