As promised, I have pictures of cute kitties from my trip in Bandung. These are my aunt's cats. She's like the old lady with 13 cats… and I actually mean that literally. When you see my aunt, you wouldn't have pegged her as a cat lady at all. She's so macho and all that but I guess looks can deceive. This aunt was the one that gave us our cat, Princess Aiden Von Fluff, so I'm grateful for that.
These are her latest group of babies. Let's look at the cuteness, shall we? :)
This girl is two months old. No name yet but I think I might go with Temperance (from Bones).
Little!Tempe with her mama.
This is my cat Princess Aiden Von Fluff's sister in law, Stella. (Yeah, this is one of the trio kitties I named after CSI: NY characters. Aiden's brother Max - who passed away - was Stella's mate.)
I don't know who this is but I was told this is one of Stella's relatives.
Meet Sophie, fierce mama cat. She just had 2 new kittens. See below and prepare for the explosion of TEH KYOOT!
These bbs don't have names yet but if I get them I'll probably suggest to name them Finn & Kurt.
I'm sorry but I just about died when I saw Kitteh!Finn and Kitteh!Kurt posing like this.
We held fur balls in our hands.
Why so furreh, kitteh?
This kitty couldn't make a sound when my sister held it. But when I did, it made the cutest meow. First time this ever happened.
At this point, I'm so speechless I couldn't even squeal even if I wanted to.
So instead of Sophie, they should've named the Mama 'Carole', huh? LULZ. :P (And yeah, they live in an aquarium.)
Um. Creepy basement cat is creepy.
This boy is cute but, sadly, dislikes being petted.
This one, though, seems to love dancing. Or maybe not.
The cats were definitely the highlight of my trip to Bandung. The whole thing was kind of crazy - family, weddings, travel… these just don't mix well, I guess - but the cats were kind of worth the trip. I sort of begged my aunt to give me one of the kittens - either the one I dubbed as Temperance or Kitteh!Finn and/or Kitteh!Kurt. Please pray that my aunt would take her allergies seriously and decide to reduce the number of feline residence in her place and let us adopt the small bebbehs!
OK, I'll stop being a cat-lady-in-the-making. More pictures of that trip coming soon.
In other news, my bookstore's catalogue is published today. It looks
quite awesome. This means, all my year end projects are DONE. Huzzah.
