Uh, hi. You know, you should all be happy to see me writing here because last night I had to research and write about Eclipse and I was nearly dead - DEAD, I tell you - from having to deal with all that... crap.
So, here's the thing about Twilight actors. None of them are capable of being unpretentious. Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene have now become some sort of fame whore or something because in every article that I came across on the internet, they're both yakking around non-stop either about how awesome the movie is or about themselves. Also, Taylor Lautner? You look so much like jailbait. Right now, you creep me out. And Kristen Stewart is by far the worst offender... she tries so hard to be all 'indie' and 'cool'. She just looks like she's stoned half the time. I mean, like, seriously. I may have sympathized with her at one point because yeah, I know how crazy those fans could be, but get over yourself. By now, it's time to be professional. Not rebellious.
That's why, reading Tweets from the Potter actors are like balm to my irritated soul. The HP boys - Matt Lewis, Phelps twins, Tom Felton and Jamie Bower - sound so... guys-next-door compared to these Twilight people. ARGH.
Anyway!

androidiordna Artist Summary: Draco, an Unspeakable situated in Tokyo, spends a day with Auror Potter.
Gorgeous art, done in manga style strokes. Beauty all around in the depiction of the characters and the Japanese background. I love this one so much, I decided to start making proper Smoochfest recs throughout the fest. Thanks to the Mystery Artist for being such an inspiration!
And this entry ends with the book meme.
Day 2 - A book that you’ve read more than 3 times
Chris Owens - Acquired Tastes
A secret society based on Greek heroes/lovers (Achilles/Patroclus, Alexander/Hephaestion), a college fraternity for gay students with integrity, and its two past members of a different era meeting again in their post-university lives and fall in love... all recipe for a fun read! Added with steamy scenes and the quirky personalities of the main characters and their friends, a copy of this book has become a well-thumbed tome in my collection. I've read it more than 3 times... in fact, more than 5 times. Closer to 15, actually. Chris Owens is my new favorite m/m romance fiction author just for the fact that she wins at writing banter.
