I've been especially busy lately, and with the things I've had to get done, I ended up taping "Lockdown" on Sunday. Bonus for me, since I could fast forward through the commericals to get back to the show AND I had something to use for referrence for my notes since I didn't feel like making them during the first time I watched it. But .... Involuntary part 3 will have some good parts of "Lockdown" in it, not to mention a hint of "Let's Kill Alana" goodness.

I've got some opinions about this episode, and some suggestions about what different things could mean.

First off: "For a slender woman, you pack quite a punch." HA! Congrats on finally getting enough brains to notice Diana's figure! Poor girl! This is a good first step. :)

Second off: I know this is an Tom/Diana based commununity, but I have to give tremendous props to Samantha Ferris, who played a decidedly human Nina Jarvis. I was upset that she was there at the beginning because I liked Ryland [I'm all for the guys with strong facial features]. I do have to say though, that in this episode, she brought out her character from the mechanical boss-lady I had seen her as to a human woman with a kind, caring soul and a strong heart and will. I've always liked Samantha Ferris, since she guest-starred on either one or a few episodes of Stargate SG-1. She's truly brought me over to liking her as Ryland's replacement. [And then the commericals go and show me Ryland and get me all excited again. -_-']. You'll see some Jarvis-Point-Of-View in the next Involuntary.

Third off: Finally, someone's commented on her parenting! Good going, Diana! <3 to you. I'm glad she's finally getting the respect as a mother and as a Home Sec agent that she deserves. Got everything except for getting respect as a woman. *cough, evil glare at Tom and daggers at Alana*. I kinda guess that Alana's responsible for saving Tom and helping him fight the signal that made all the men adreline pumped. She was the one who gave Tom the pills to calm him down, so he was able to stay safe and in charge during the crisis. However much I don't want to admit she saved his life and Diana's.

Fourth off: When it comes to Kyle and the girl he was lab partners with [and who he ended up sleeping with], who else thinks she looks like Anne Hathaway from Princess Diaries? I kept having that feeling. Dunno. :\.

All-in-all, a good ep! I was glad to see Diana express herself more as a mother in this episode, and her mental/inner worry for her daughter will also appear in Involuntary. I might have to expand this one episode to TWO parts. :)

Signing Out,
