TFGirls needs new moderator(s)...
so... hideko_ikuta (leader of TFGirls) replied to me. she and all the other members no longer have the time to sub toma videos anymore. they also don't have time to approve new members. well, they closed membership back in 2013. but hideko_ikuta says that she is ok with letting me or someone i trust be the new moderator and approve new members.
OK, WE HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, pknumba1, slants-of-light, nande-daiyo, syah95 FOR VOLUNTEERING!!! hideko_ikuta will add you all as mods and contact you soon (maybe, she's pretty busy, so please be patient!).
but the thing is, she thinks there are more than 100 around 275 members waiting to be approved. and i'm sure the list will just keep growing. i wish i could do it, but it's just too much for me. if only they could just have open membership, then we wouldn't have this problem. but i guess they're still afraid of letting just anyone join.
you will have to go here and read the person's comment and make sure they followed the rules before approving. i think after a long time of not being approved, you can no longer approve them and you'll have to send out an invitation to the person. please also reply to their comment at the post, after you have approved them, so they know they've been approved. if you have to send an invite, you don't need to also reply to their comment, though. (all comments are screened, so that's why it looks like there are no comments. but mods and the person who commented can see them.)

though she said just one person, i'll ask if she is ok with adding 1-3 3-4 new moderators to help handle all the work. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING A MOD FOR TFGirls, PLEASE COMMENT BELOW. PLEASE THINK IT OVER AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU SERIOUSLY CAN DO THIS, AND MAYBE FOR A LONG TIME. honestly, i think maybe once you get past the 100+ and you (and maybe 2 other people) come there often and can read comments/approve people little by little, then it won't be so overwhelming.
i have messaged hideko_ikuta about this post and i guess she can decide who she wants to be the new mod/mods. or i can help decide if she's too busy...
