SAINT VALENTINE RELEASED

Saint Valentine, aka Newcomer Tom Hanniger, was released from jail today into the hands of SERO corp. representatives. Found guilty for the vicious murder of at least fifteen people in February, Hanniger was incarcerated after a lengthy trial despite his plea of temporary insanity. The trial was kept private from Press, but attendants later revealed Hanniger has a long standing mental disability which was responsible for the killings, but there has been no suggestion that his battle with mental illness if over.

SERO Corp. released a statement to Press upon Hanniger’s release, saying: “…we see a chance for recovery and have high hopes for his rehabilitation. Prison is not the place for [mental] disability…His case is unique and will be handled by experts.” SERO also released a statement on Hanniger’s behalf, who was not available for comment, reading: “My deepest apologies go out to all those involved. I never thought for a moment something like this would happen.” But according to testimony given at his trial, this has happened before. Just previous to entering the city, Tom was responsible for another string of Valentine’s killings - taking the lives of eight men and women in his hometown of Harmony, Pennsylvania. The event also blamed solely on his battle with an undisclosed illness.
