Back at Uni now, and just finished the first week after getting back from the holidays. Uni is great, but i have a lot of work to do. On the 31st of January i have my design presentation which is basically the presentation that will hopefully get me into the 2nd year! I think all my work is coming together nicely, but there is still work to be done:
Shoe designs - built 3 shoe's as a part of my module now. We're meant to have it all completed before the 31st. Its going nicely.
Renderings - this is the only module that i'm kind of worried on. We have to copy professional renderings down the the last detail. I've done about 6-7 so far, but its quite hard. For some reason they think its easier than designing a new car. Its not. But it should be ok.
Tram design - this past week i've done a lot for this. Designed the interior for my new tram for London! Just need to get it all together and do a few more things.
Chocolate bar - for some reason they want us to redesign the Cadbury's Galaxy bar. I don't see the point in this to be honest, and i haven't done much really. But there isn't much to do.
The good thing is, is that the presentations fall under the review week. Which means we only come in to Uni for the presentation which will last about 3 hours or so. We don't have to stand in front of people and talk about it, we just have to put it all up on a board and a table then go for a few hours while the teachers mark it all. 2 and a half weeks to go. I'm staying in pretty much every evening until then to get it all finished. Should be ok, touch wood. I'll be glad when i get my results back and we start other stuff! But more importantly i'm looking forward to the summer. Cruise again! YES!!!
