I'm moving back to Bartleby. My doctor may not think that the 'stress' of 'college life' is wise for someone that just left the hospital after a coma, but I beg to differ. If I sit at home all semester all I'm going to do is get bored and frustrated. So I'm coming back to Meridian. Because of the doctor's orders, I can't go back to the dorms. Instead, a friend of mine and I are going to share an off-campus apartment near the college.
Scott and I are going to have a Trucks Are Pussies / Apartment Warming party as soon as we're moved and all. Anyone who wants to come by is invited. I will be giving more detailed dates et al soon enough.
As for college: I spoke with my faculty adviser, the lovely Professor O'Hara. She facilitated a few contacts for me. I'll be allowed to sit-in on my old classes and take the finals I missed at the end of this semester. Any other 'catching up' will have to be done over summer classes. Fun fun fun.
I've still got my job at The Horizon, even if it's not the one I hoped I'd have by now. At least it went to someone qualified. I've even got an assignment already. It's going to be interesting to say the least.
I met a girl, too. My my, I do work fast, don't I?
