My new ride
So I just got my new ride.
1967 Pontiac Catalina Convertible
She sure is swell!
I will keep updates on the work done to her.
Currently she needs to have her wipers, horn, seatbelts, hydraulic top and speedometer fixed.
I also need her completely checked out head to toe. I know one of the break lights is out. She should probably get all the basic filters replaced and fluids flushed. The suspension may be in good shape, I am fine with how she rides.
I should probably get all of that done near the same time.
After that, the dashboard needs replaced, and probably a cd player/ipod adapter and speakers.
Somewhere in there I want to go from a 2 barel carb to 4... or if I want to get really crazy, go with the tri-power carb that the 2 2's had.
Also, the body needs smoothed out, but its in suprisingly good shape, and probably repainted.
Anyways, thats whats new for me and my baby.
