I was totally going to quit, too.
Damn you, fate, why must I still be in love with everquest?
So, this week I made the decision to quit playing everquest altogether, because while I now have the time to play it, it's just not as fun anymore. I play on one of the most populated servers, but hardly anyone roleplays, which is what I want. I tried switching to official roleplay server, but there was like, 5 people online at peak playing time.
So this weekend I play for my last hurrah, and WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT, I run into a roleplaying GUILD on my druid, and they want to take me in. I'm going to apply, 'cause hey, they were really cool. And roleplayers. You know, what I was looking for.
Then today, I'm still considering quitting, when on my new shadowknight, Reridore, I run into two characters, Keltorreth, and Azzy, who turn out to be GMs, and they're tons of fun.
It was kind of the best thing ever.
This was really random.
