PS - I’m glad your nephew is mindful of the sorrows associated with the Book of Mazarbul which Gimli returned to us; but Frodo certainly needn’t have been hesitant to ask about obtaining copies of the relevant pages. We are in fact pleased and honored that he wishes to include these matters in the memoirs which you and he have compiled. Óin, Balin, Ori and the others deserve notoriety-that is to say, recognition. Thank you for inquiring on his behalf, Bilbo, I’ll set somebody to work on the copies and send them on presently.
