It was supposed to be about Lothlorien having become an unpredictable place, like everywhere else, prone to sudden attacks from the elements. As I was writing the wind became more dual in nature, part element(s), part elemental spirit and I left it at that, even if sudden attacks by elemental spirits feature nowhere in LOTR. For me Boromir is a man who tends to have an impact upon the world around him. I hope this isn't too self-indulgent. Thanks for reading!
This was supposed to by about a forceful wind, pure and simple, but it took on a more dual nature as I was writing. Part elemental spirit perhaps. Lothlorien has become an unpredictable place. Glad you enjoyed/was chilled by it! Thanks for reading :)
That is lovely. Such a vivid personification of the wind there! I rather love the idea of the wind prowling Lothlorien like an emerald ghost, looking for travellers to play tricks on. Thank you!
