Aragorn tightened his grip on the heavy wooden shield, his Master’s against it. The shield wall advanced. Ten deep, a thing of bronze and muscle, each man co-dependant, be they equals, or like him, war-student to battle-master - here to serve... in all things.
“...Later we’ll continue your other learnings.”
Aragorn shivered, his thigh briefly touched. In Khänd, more than the stars seemed strange... yet he found himself eager to learn.
