Yes, I think so too. I have Targon traveling on to Gondor with him, though Targon remains there for a while after Aragorn departs.

Thank you! I have adopted some of the events of 'Stirrings of Shadow' by Fiondil as my headcanon for how his adventures in Rohan go. I think Thengel and Thorongil end up having a close father/son sort of relationship develop over the next ten years.
