I imagine he had sore muscles. I'm sure riding a camel pulls on different muscles than a horse would (and you fall off from a much higher platform).

Camels are really horrid animals - LOL. But for this setting, they are the best transport available and Aragorn needs to work with them and the men if he is to work as a successful mercenary under these strange stars :-)

Riding camels will be a totally new experience for our Ranger and one that I'm quite sure he will never forget :-)
