This rules!
A couple weeks ago I went into Bath & Body Works in Howell and the saleswoman wouldn't substitute a coupon that I had. She was very rude to me and did not make me want to go back there. I sent them a message on their website telling them how I felt and that I won't be shopping there again. I got my mail today and in it I received a $25.00 gift card to Bath & Body Works and a letter of apology for the saleswoman. Pretty sweet, huh?
