Welcome back into our lives, there is a lot to catch up on.

Today has been one of the best days in a long time and I'm so happy and grateful. I don't know if you read, but I found my Aunt who I haven't seen or talked to in over six years!!! I found her by luck, thank you Mike because you motivated me to look for her online. I called her again tonight and we talked for a hour. It was weird talking to her, since it has been so long. I told her how everyone is doing and what has happened in the last few years. I told her that I live in Michigan now and apparently she lived in Michigan for two years. I was glad to hear that she was happy that I found her and contacted her. I feel bad for her because her husband Mickey passed away, he was a really great guy. I told her that I don't hate her for leaving, but I am/was disappointed that she never said goodbye. I still love her even though she left and I made sure she was aware of that. My Grandma sounds so happy over the phone that I found her(They are sisters)and that they can get a relationship going again. That is the main thing and I'm glad that I can fulfill one of my Grandma's wishes of finding her Sister. Mae actually said that she was looking at old pictures and she started to cry last week, then she had a dream about my Grandma last night and sat right up in bed and couldn't get back to sleep. Today she comes home and gets a message from both Gram and I and she couldn't believe it. I'm still in shock, but I'm so happy to know that she is doing alright. It is kind of a closure and I don't have to worry about if she is alright anymore or not because I know she is. It's a long awaited reunion and I'm glad I lucked out to make it possible.

Also, it's things like this that make my day, "love to you too Mel, you're one in a million." Thanks Michelle, that made me smile. I'm just glad that I can be there for you whenever you need a pal.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful day, just as I have. Life is good and it's the little things that can make you the happiest.

friends, reunion with mae, family
