well, get this. i went on the GRE website today to see when i have to register for the psychology GRE. and i missed the registration date for the november 8th test - the last registration date was FRIDAY. i just missed it.
however, heidi and ron talked me down, b/c i was a little freaked out. and i don't have to have the test score get there by the date my application gets there. i just have to write on there what i got, or that they'll be coming soon, and they'll get there in time.
so, i'm going to register for the december 13th date. the last date to register is november 7th, so have about a month to figure out what schools i'm going to apply to, and to see what schools i'll need to send my scores to.
then, i registered for the general GRE. i'm taking it tuesday, november 18th at 9am, and i have to be there at 8:30am.
so, that actually works out pretty well, b/c i'll have my general GRE out of the way on november 18th, and then i'll be able to fill out my appications and review some books (intro, developmental, social, cognitive and maybe a bit of abnormal) for my subject GRE.
if anyone is considering going to gradschool, do yourself a favor and shoot yourself now. this is hell. hell hell hell hell hell...
