Dell is the worst company ever. It is always something with them.
"why is my brand new computer so slow?"
"try this"
"nope"
"this?"
"uh uh"
"what about?"
"already tried that"
"or?"
"no i know that isnt the problem"
"well it must be blah blah, get a screwdriver and open up the back of your computer and do this..."
3 hours later...
"why is my brand new computer not turning on?!?"
"oh, i guess lets send you another one, oops"

"i need to order a camera"
"i changed my mind, i need to cancel the camera, is that ok"
"yes, your camera is canceled and will not be shipped"
it is sent anyway
"we need you to send the camera back, you are going to have to do this and this, and what? you threw away the box? just put this number on it, or maybe this number, or possibly this number"
after twenty different dell representatives telling me twenty different things I ship it off one of the ways
"we never recieved the camera"
it was probably lost in the system bc of all the numbers on it
"but i told you not to send it in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!"

i cry bc i cannot leave my computer on 24/7 and must use the battery sparingly!! gasp!
"ok, well we will send you a new one, what kind of shipping do you want?"
"NEXT DAY!" (me dying with lack of computer!)
well, it does not arrive next day (luckily they took off the charge, but not without hassle)
hmm, this battery doesnt really work, it works when it is plugged in, but that is not the purpose of a laptop, a laptop must be free!

"ok we will send you another one"

"ok (wow actually helpful!!) we will send out someone to fix the problem (and they do!!)"
i have kept the boxes for a month now (sitting in my room taking up space) just in case, and today while cleaning up i look at them, IMPORTANT: Please follow the instructions to return product to Dell to avoid billing collection. WHAT???
wtf am i supposed to return? my old defective battery? my other old defective battery? my worn out keyboard?
so im on the online chat as opposed to waiting on the phone
and the thing that kills me most:
"i need all of your information, order number, everything" and direct quote (several times said)
"please allow me 3 to 4 minutes to review your account and I will come back to you with the required information."
"can you tell me what was sent?"
but..i thought u just reviewed my account...?
but after 30 min of that...
"You need not send any items back to Dell"
"may I know if there is anything else that you may want to know?"
me: "ok great thanks so much! so i can throw away all my boxes then??"
"Yes, you may discard the boxes."
woooo hooo!

they are rare but oh so sweet
and the boxes are history
