For once in her life, she wasn't hiding from anything. She was looking forward to each new step she took for a better life. A new life.

Well, eventually a married life. She didn't have that amount of dread that covered her like a thick blanket, it was gone now. It should have been gone a long time ago but she was never able to let go, now though, she finally able to look forward to the future. Natalia used to be good at hiding behind someone from the reality of everything, it's just now she didn't want to hide. She didn't have a reason to.
Moving, college, marriage...it was somewhat still like a very surreal dream. Guess it helped that she had perhaps the most amazing support system in the world and a fiance to boot.
Now she just had to hope she didn't mess anything up. She couldn't afford to.
