Not quite a rockstar...
School's going okay. I've been skipping class a lot. That's not so good. Sometimes I have to skip class to go to work. Weak eh? Yeah, I need money that badly. And it doesn't help much that I've been receiving bounced checks. But it's okay, right now I have enough money to survive comfortably until the next bounced check. :)
I saw Steve, Jared and Justin from Lorene Drive the other day at the office. Jared brought the best bud ever and I was blazed for a good 5 or 6 hours after one hit from a hand pipe. Yes, it's that good. I'm really happy for Lorene Drive. Their new album sounds great, and they deserve every bit of effort the label's putting into them. I'm doing the best I can to get the streets stoked on this album because we need to push it like nothing we've ever done before. They're the most hardworking band on the planet. They practice about 5 hours a day every day, tour nonstop, and put forth every effort to make the best songs they possibly can. Jared invests more time into that band than anyone else does into their own band... and he's not even an actual band member. They deserve absolutely everything, and it would be cruel for them not to get really really big.
As long as Brad doesn't back out, two members of days like these will be living with us for 6 weeks while they record their album. Supposedly, Derrick and I are the exact same person. Crazy.
