YAY!
My mommy's getting me a DS for Christmas. I am happy panda. It's white, but at least Julia and I won't get them mixed up when we move in together because her's is going to be the coral pink like I wanted. I was going to get the LoZ:PH edition, but I realized how easily frustrated with hand held Zelda games I get. Seeing as I could get the package or a DS and game of my choice I went for the more logical purchase. I ended up getting Phoenix Wright since I had fun with it when TJ was out visiting in Michigan. And I made a side purchase at Wal Mart for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team. Yes, I know. Hush. But it's fun. ]:
I'm sending out Jess and Julia's presents tomorrow. I may end up sending a little something extra for Jess, seeing as how purchases I made for myself are not as appealing as I thought they were originally and I know it's something she'd look cute in. There are a few other's whose gifts I need to get. They may not end up getting there before Christmas, but that doesn't mean I love you any less. It just means that either A) I waited until my statements came in or B) the people I'm buying them from are idiots that don't ship things for a week or more after the initial purchase.
Oh, my icon made me remember something that I had read when I was checking my Gmail. One of the random links that was in my inbox was about a prostitute that auctioned sex for a charity. She made around $4000 from a regular of hers. You know he really has to like her services if he's going to pay that much compared to her regular fee. That or he really loves kids seeing as how that's what the money she was raising went to. A children's charity fund. She made a good point, tho, when people questioned her means of raising the money. She said "There are people who are going to be donating money that's a lot more questionable than mine. The only thing I did was publicize it."
