so, basically, I'm balls-to-the-wall insane, now.
at CD, I have five kids, currently (one Hyoutei, one Higa, one Seigaku, two Shiten), and am working on a sixth (another Shiten). last night sometime, someone put the idea for a seventh in my head (would be Rikkai, transplanted from Jyousei

thanks again, I tried really hard at that bitchfic. I also wrote it before 40.5 came out, so zaizen was pretty blank too. I admit I went a lot on visual cues and lots of.. filling in. he has complicated hair, some of the only canon earrings, is called the 'tensai' of the team, and basically everything out of his mouth is insulting or whining. that was my basic for his characterization (it was by pure luck that he canonly turned out to like music, as I wrote him listening a few times, and being a bit of a snob in general). I'm glad whatever came out didn't seem to foreign to people, especially someone who has actually explored a character as minor as him. I guess a lot of the anger in that zaizen came from being forced into the trip and losing without having to play.. that whole issue. the little I've RPed him, he's been more... tame. still just as bitchy and prissy, but lax.
oh god this is getting long, but I press on. kenya-- well he's a mystery for me too. I just kind of fumbled around with him and asked a few friends if he seemed IC. that also was the reason I wrote the thing zaizen-voice, so he could be just as lost in kenya's actions as I am. I agree with shiraishi too... he and osamu aren't characters I even begin to grip, so I purposefully shrunk them in the story and hoped noone noticed. I think my shiraishi was a little bit of his stoner stereotype and maybe a little bit fuji.. but I don't know.
well maybe we should just chat about muses some time. I actually do read all your posts about yours because I'm weird like that. that also reminds me, it's been a while since I've done some homo troupe lovin'.. hmm.
maaan, that's fun and challenging, I congratulate you! the only really obscure characters I've played.. well, zaizen for one.. then the likes of muromachi, minami.. and ishida. at least they got names, KONOMI.
yes it was :) I can't help it, I love exchanges. everyone says "ohh, no more, no time" and I just keep on signing up. I have... three going right now. eheh...

I loved that scene, and I really am intrigued by your Koharu and Yuuji. ♥ This is me encouraging you to write fic about them.
I love it when little details line up with canon - my Kite has been a Scorpio since forever, so when 40.5 confirmed his birthday as November 9, I was totally happy. ♥ Zaizen, on the other hand, I was expecting to be an Aquarius, and Cancer threw me for a loop. That's part of the reason it took me so long to sort him out; I was stuck on the idea that he was one thing, and he was trying very hard to be another thing entirely. He's pretty level now, though (or as level as he ever gets, anyway). He lives over at dj_zaiger... he's in bed with Kenya and Shiraishi both. ;D
Kenya and Shiraishi, especially, are totally beyond me. I might be able to write Shiraishi if I tried, but Kenya is waaaaaay outside my range, for some reason. I have no clue where to even begin. On Shiraishi being a bit Fuji, though - I think there's a little bit of similarity, to be sure. After 40.5, though, I can't even begin to imagine Shiraishi smoking anything. (If anyone's a stoner, it might be Senri. I mean, 49% attendance? ;; But I still don't buy it.)
I think we should chat about muses. ♥ I like talking to you, and it's fun comparing ideas and interpretations. [ edit ] and I meant to accompany that with contact info: tokyocentricity on AIM; tokyocentricity@gmail. ♥
Oh, it's tons of fun. I've done a lot of the same with Miyuki - I play her at tenipuri_xp and she's nineteen, so there's a lot of speculation to be done. Besides being an obscure character to begin with, she's nine years older than in canon, and ten to nineteen sees a ton of changes. I've had so much fun with her, though. ♥
I could never handle three exchanges at once. XD; I hate deadlines, honestly, but I'll probably be onboard for this one, anyway, so.
